To obtain Halal certification for food products, beverages, consumer goods, food premises, or slaughterhouses, an AIHCO Halal Application must be completed through the official AIHCO portal and submitted together with all required supporting documentation. This includes detailed information on raw materials, ingredients, suppliers, and Halal manufacturing procedures.
Applications will not be accepted from companies that manufacture non-halal products on the same premises or that produce both halal and non-halal products without proper segregation and compliance controls as required by AIHCO standards.
AIHCO will also reject applications for products that use names, branding, or descriptions that are associated with non-halal items or contain terminology that may cause confusion with non-halal products.
