AIHCO Halal Logo / Mark – Conditions of Use
AIHCO has established an official Halal Logo to enable certified companies to identify and promote their approved halal products. The AIHCO Halal Logo may only be used by manufacturers or companies that hold a valid AIHCO Halal Certificate and agree to comply with the following conditions:
- The logo may be displayed only on approved halal product labels.
- The logo may appear on packaging materials directly related to the certified product, including jars, cartons, containers, and other approved packaging formats.
- The AIHCO Halal Logo must not be altered, modified, distorted, or reproduced in any way that changes its original design, proportions, or meaning.
- The logo must not be transferred, sold, sublicensed, exchanged, or otherwise provided to any third party.
- The accreditation mark may only be used within the scope for which certification has been granted. Where certification applies to specific products, processes, or locations, the use of the logo must clearly identify the applicable scope and must not imply certification beyond that scope.
- Upon suspension, expiry, or withdrawal of certification, the company must immediately cease all use of the AIHCO Halal Logo and remove it from all products, packaging, promotional materials, and premises.
Only valid holders of an AIHCO Halal Certificate are authorised to use the AIHCO Halal Logo on certified products and approved premises.
